The story goes that all the free minds of the world are fed up with the high level of stupidity, mental servitude, and intellectual oppression.... and as a result... they go on a strike... disappearing and leaving no traces behind... they leave to a secret land where they can be whom they think they want to be...
Now... if a stupid mind ban striking... how can Atlas shrug?!
