but what is remarkable about her and her country is that they had a woman as prime minister ages ago, whereas in the US, as a developed country, it is only now that a woman is jumping into an election of great importance to the country.
So the US can learn from the Pakis a thing or two about women!

if anything, she withstood in a context that many men would chicken to be in.
Sometime we wonder why in the west a large part of the population see Islam as a threat and something with a strong backward connotation where subjugated women, daily beaten, are second or third class citizen.
Generally we ask why and how is that possible, we chairs meeting, write endless articles, try to convince our opponents that this is not the case.
May be we should concentrate more on educate the jerks between us and start thinking that we are not perfect at all, and some ( = most) of the problems we are facing are only due to us or at least at how part of us are, think and behave.
